Health
and Healthy Life |

The
World Health Organization (WHO) defined health in its
broader sense as "a state of complete physical,
mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence
of disease or infirmity." He or she should have
physical and mental capability to perform duty, responsibility
and reproductive activities. Healthy sex leads to a
healthy life. |

India is the land of Ayurveda and
Vatsyayana’s Kama Sutra. There are many traditional
medicines for health and better sex.
It
is a fact that next to the need for food, water and
sleep, the urge for sex is the most needed biological
drive. Human sex is not merely a physical mating
but is the union of two bodies, minds and souls. |

The
art of sex is a glorious act that orchestrates the harmonious
blending of the physical, emotional, and aesthetic qualities
of sexual relationship. The sexual embrace should become
neither a duty nor a routine of marriage and it is far
more than just a technical necessity. It should be a
shared experience, with husband and wife each attempting
to make the relationship mutually pleasing. The joy
of sex is that it is far greater for the man when he
feels it in woman, and for the woman when she feels
it is the man. In other words, the joy of sex is greatly
increased for both the man the woman when it is mutual
and an art in sexual love must aim at achieving this
harmony. The ancient Ayurvedic text of Charaka Samhita
provided complete sexual solutions
over 3000 years ago. The time-frozen, stone-carved,
erotic sculptures in the caves of temples at Khajuraho
and Konarak attracting millions of visitors by
their beauty, elegance and variety: the everlasting
testimony to how intrinsic sex was to the daily lives
of people in ancient India. |

Optimal
sexual performance of the male partner is a prerequisite
for conjugal happiness and harmony. This sexual relationship
is a sensitive phenomenon that can be disrupted by the
psychological and physiological factors. It is quite
essential and natural that a common family man must
adopt the perfect amalgamation of health and sex to
practice blissful actual sex act following the ayurveda
concept of the Body - Mind - Soul complex. |
