Exercise Moderately. 
                            
                          Avail benefits of exercise by doing your routine or 
                          useful work. 
                            
                          Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators 
                          or elevators. 
                            
                          Avoid use of vehicles instead walk to small distance. 
                            
                          Play with your kids; mow the lawn. Anything that moves 
                          your limbs is not only a body fitness tool, but also 
                          a stress buster. 
                           
                            
                          Control Food. 
                          Avoid all kinds of fried foods, burgers and other fatty 
                          meats, dairy products with high fat versions. Nuts and 
                          sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces 
                          should be eaten moderately. Opt vegetarian 
                          food and eat more fiber 
                          in the form of fruits and vegetables because individuals 
                          who consume less animal protein and more plant-based 
                          protein tend also to consume less 
                          fat and cholesterol. 
                           
                          Eat only when hungry. Food that is fresh, prepared with 
                          love is said to be the best. Avoid food that has preservatives, 
                          permitted colors and those, which has been over cooked, 
                          burnt, and seasoned with lot of spices and salt.

                          Sleep well 
                          Sleep when you sleepy and try to maintain a regular 
                          bed time. Sleeping during daytime is not good if one 
                          wants to enjoy perfect health. Daytime sleep is not 
                          desirable and interferes with digestion and metabolism. 
                          Perfect sleep energizes and revitalize a person.  
                         
                          
                          Quit Smoking  
                            
                          Avoid use all kind of tobaccos. Also avoid passive smocking. 
                           
                            
                          Think positive thoughts  
                            
                          Be always positive and have a cheerful outlook on life. 
                           
                            
                          Avoid unnecessary strain and stress.

                          Protect Yourself 
                          from Pollution. 
                          Stay in good atmosphere wherever possible. Exercise 
                          outside when the atmosphere is normal. Exercise indoors 
                          in air conditioning when air quality is good. Avoid 
                          smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas and breathing 
                          in highway fumes. 
                           
                            
                          Obey Nature 
                          Natural urges like passing stools, urge to urinate, 
                          sneeze, yawn, cough, cry, vomit, sleep and hunger are 
                          not to be controlled. Controlling the above causes many 
                          health problems — so it is best voided as soon 
                          as the urge is felt.  
                           
                            
                          Be normal. 
                          Don’t lit both end of the Candle. Doing any thing 
                          in excess should be always avoided. Excessive sexual 
                          indulgence, frequent eating, over working, consuming 
                          lot of alcohol etc. 
                           
                            
                          Discover You 
                          Food habits, and daily lifestyle should be practiced 
                          regularly and sincerely as per each constitution that 
                          means Pitta persons should reduce spices, Kapha person 
                          needs to keep warm etc.  
                           
                             
                          Be cool 
                          Prayer or meditation should be a part of your daily 
                          routine - this helps to improve your mental ability/immunity 
                          in tact. Anger, jealousy, greed, unbridled lust and 
                          passion, coveting the wealth and property of others; 
                          dishonesty - these types of negative qualities are to 
                          be controlled to enjoy peaceful life and is a positive
