                      | Ashwagandha 
                          is one of the most prominent herbal preparations used 
                          in Ayurveda. The root is used for medicine. All though 
                          it is considered to be the primary tonic for men, women

                          beta-sitosterol, chlorogenic acid, scopoletin, with
